When can I reach an agent?
Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM ET. The line is not staffed outside those hours.
When am I charged?
You hear the total first, including bags, seats, and every traveler. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
Can you change a ticket I already bought?
A ticket you bought from an airline has to be changed or refunded by that airline. Our agents book new flights. They can price a new ticket if that is the trip you need.
Can you book Montego Bay rather than Kingston?
Yes. Say Montego Bay or Kingston, and whether the trip is one way or round trip. For the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Guyana, or Trinidad, name that place the same way.
