Email support@alltravelfun.com. Questions about this site, a correction to a guide, a partnership or a press request all go there.
A flight you booked with us
Call the same number with your booking reference. Changes and refunds follow the airline's fare rules, which the agent will read to you.
A flight you booked with an airline
Only that airline can change or refund it. Call them first. If what they quote does not work, our agents can price a new ticket on any carrier.
A tour or hotel booked through our links
Those bookings are with Viator or Expedia. Their confirmation email has the support contact; we cannot see or change those bookings.
Before you call
Have your dates, or a range if they can move; how many people are traveling; whether it is one way or round trip; and how many bags. The total you hear includes all of it. Read who we are and our terms if you want the detail first.
