Where visitors stay in Delhi
Delhi is spread out and the traffic is slow, so the neighborhood matters. Connaught Place is the colonial hub at the center with hotels at every level and the Metro lines meeting underneath; Aerocity is the new hotel district beside the airport; South Delhi's Hauz Khas, Saket and Greater Kailash are the leafy, expensive residential areas with the restaurants; Paharganj and Karol Bagh are the budget strips near the stations. Most callers are visiting family and want a comfortable base for the Taj day.
