Where visitors stay in Guadalajara
Guadalajara spreads west from its colonial center. The Centro has the cathedral and the plazas; Colonia Americana and Chapultepec, just west, hold the cafes and bars; Zapopan and the Andares district are the modern malls and towers; Tlaquepaque is the craft town that the city absorbed. The airport is south-east, 30 to 45 minutes from any of them.

- Ride apps over taxis
- Ride apps are the normal way around for visitors and the pricing is clear. Distances between the center and the west side are longer than they look.
